I have a food allergy, is it possible to change the menu?: Yes, please provide allergy information at the time of reservation. We will adjust the menu.

Is there anything the guest needs to prepare?: Basically not. Please prepare your own drinks of your choice.
Can you prepare a drink if I order it?: Generally, you will need to provide your own, but we may be able to provide some depending on your wishes and budget. Please feel free to contact us.
Could you please come to the room I am planning to stay in?: Yes, but only at affiliated accommodation facilities. Please select the facility when making your reservation.
