About the Experience

Osaka Gourmet: "Kawachi-Kamo Nabe Course" Indulge in the duck hot pot beloved by General Toyotomi Hideyoshi, who once built Osaka Castle.

Duck hot pot is a traditional Japanese dish handed down since the Heian period. Hot pot dishes, Nabe are the soul food of Japanese winters, with people warming themselves with various delicious hot pot dishes to brave the cold season. The Kawachi duck we offer this time is fresh local duck from the Kawachi region of Osaka. In the Kawachi region, duck production flourished thanks to Hideyoshi's preference for ducks. Why not experience Japan's culinary culture by savoring the fresh duck hot pot unique to this region?

A chef from Osaka will visit your accommodation to provide the cooking.
